The CL intensity of luminol–diperiodatoargentate (III)(DPA) system is strongly enhanced by
addition of iron nanoparticles (FeNPs) covered with C12E4. On injection of aminophylline
into luminol–DPA–FeNPs system, the CL intensity is significantly increased. On this basis, a
sensitive CL assay was developed for determination of AmP in human serum. FeNPs could
