A novel injection analysis-direct chemiluminescence (CL) method has been developed for
rapid, sensitive and simple determination of isoproterenol (ISP) in pharmaceutical and
human serum samples. The method is based on the enhancement effect of ISP on CL signal
of the reaction system, luminol–diperiodatoargentate (III) in alkaline solution. Under optimum
